Nothing happens as long as an adult is in the car with you, but if they're not then you could get your permit suspended. bc while you have a permit you can only drive when someone over 18 is in the car with you, that has their liscense
Your permit will be suspended or if its a multiple occurrence be revoked. I think the first ticket won't be a serious issue and you might get off easy. If it is a constant thing then your permit will be suspended.
