I'm writing a story for English class and I need to know if you would go to jail for breaking someone out of a mental hospital? Is it a bad thing to do? How long would you go to prison for?
It is a bad thing do to if the person is insane and they have already a death penalty on them and if it is a type of thing that thy are just mental and didn't really do anything then the longest you would be in prison would be about 20 years
