We don't know who Agathe and Felix's parents are, just that their father died as a result of the family's exile. Us as readers are given the idea that they are orphans because their mother is not mentioned.
Agathe and Felix are siblings and orphans, as well as exiles in Mary Shelley's Frankenstein.
