Locate the y-intercept on the graph and plot the point.From this point, use the slope to find a second point and plot it.Draw the line that connects the two points.

If you are not required to do it by hand then desmos.com is amazing.  You just solve for y then type it in without the y= and then it graphs it for you.

For example, if you had y=x+2  you would just type in x+2.
