Decisions often have negative effects on reaching goals. (Remember the example of Nathan? He purchased a video game he wanted, but had to delay getting his snowboard.) You can probably think of many examples of how decisions can affect your goals. Think about one of your goals. In the text box below, write about how a decision could affect reaching this goal.

Respuesta :

Think of your goals and decisions you have made in life to affect them. I cannot talk about your goals and decisions. This is a personal reflection :).

Answer:

Two of my main goals in life are to travel around the world and to get my degree as an English teacher at my city's university. However, I know I can't do both at the same time, and that I will have to decide which I'm going to pursue first. If I decide to go on a long journey around different countries, I know I'm going to delay getting my degree, and surely many things may change during my journey as regards the time, my age, the documents I would have to present to start college, etc. On the other side, if I decide to study first and then travel, I may not be as interested as I was before, because I know it's going to take me at least 5 years to get my degree. Besides, I would have to work first to save money and that will only prolong my journey.
