Hello : let  A(-3,4)    B(2,3)
the slope is :   (YB - YA)/(XB -XA)
(3-4)/(2+3)  = -1/5
an equation is : y=ax+b     a is a slope

 y = (-1/5)x +b

 

the line through point  (2,3) :  3 = (-1/5)(2)+b
b = 17/5 
the equation is : y =(-1/5)x+17/5
