Endpoints and Titration Curves:

The midpoint, or point of inflection on a titration curve, represents the endpoint of a titration.

The endpoint of a titration is the point in the titration that signifies the completion of the titration. The point, theoretically, where all of the base and acid have neutralised each other.

This is different to the equivalence point, which is the point, experimentally, where the titration is complete. This is represented by the change in colour of solution.

From pH of 0-8, phenolphthalein remains colourless, but then changes pink around 8.2-11.0, phenolphthalein changes colour, and remains pink.

Therefore, a pH of 10.25 at the endpoint of the titration is fairly accurate for phenolphthalein indicator.
