[tex].125 (100)[/tex] = 12.5
= [tex]0.125(100)[/tex] = 12.50
[tex]12.5%[/tex] is the changing process and the increasing process as well!
Oh and by the way 12.5 can also be equivalent to [tex]12.50 [/tex]but your actual answer would have to be just [tex]12.5[/tex]
