The rebirth of learning started in the northern Italian cities, especially in Florence. From here it began to spread outwards all over western Europe, changing especially in art and architecture to suit the needs of different countries. For example, in Italy , which has a dry climate , people did not need sloping roofs as much as people in wetter northern Europe did. But more important were the religious differences which arose largely because of the Renaissance in Germany,Holland and England .
Answer:
The importance of the Renaissance was mainly due to the fact that it was presented as a break with the medieval world that was dying in Europe, guiding its characteristics in the Greco-Roman culture of Classical Antiquity.
Explanation:
Art was not only to praise God and in Renaissance art began to show the world of beauty - the beauty of the human figure. People and their forms started to have importance and appearance, as close as possible to the real world were the most valued. In the Renaissance, light, and colors began to be used with mastery to portray situations and emotions. The perspective technique, introduced during the Renaissance, provided a great advance in the art, making it possible to also represent the third dimension, depth. With that, the works started to look more realistic. The Renaissance was a movement to renew European arts and sciences (14th to 16th centuries) marked by valuing Classical Antiquity (painting, sculpture, literature). Returning to the classic values that were forbidden in the Middle Ages and, thus, causing the true revolution in art.
