There are six dimensions of health: physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, and environmental. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being optimal wellness, how would you rank each of the dimensions as they relate to your life right now, and what steps could you take to improve your overall health?

Answer:Physical: 5 other than meetings and walking my dog i never leave the house

Mental: 3 Lots of mental illness and difficulties

Emotional: 2 its hard for me to handle my emotions and not fall into substance abuse

Social: 6 I'm pretty good at talking to people although sometimes i get really weird

environmental: 7 They need to stop cutting down trees

But in order to improve my overall health i could get out more  and keep on taking my medications

Physical: 10 i do exercise everyday, it helps me to have more energy and have a high self esteem.. I play with my 2 dogs, and cat.

Mental: I would rate mental an 8 because I have very  high self- esteem and I'm very confident but I also have anxiety over somethings.

Emotional : I would rate emotional a 6 because I have issues expressing myself  even if i do, i always think n brainstorm how to express my feelings and thoughts( not that hard )

Social. i would rate Social a 7.5 because I have really good relationships with my friends and family but I don't like being in large crowds for long periods of time.

Spiritual: i would rate Spiritual a 10 because it is extremely important to me, it helps my overall health emotional, mental and Social. Makes me Happy and its good at making me have positive toughts.

Environmental: I would rate environmental a 9 because I have clean water, clean air, clean house , my neighborhoods are clean, but of course its not perfect.
