Soccer and volleyball are both very strenuous sports, on both the mind and the body, there isn't very much time at all to stop and "take a breather". With both of these sports you have to have very good hand-eye coordination, you cant be looking at the ball, why you are running, if you try to do that there is a very likely possibility you are going to trip or possibly knock someone over or hurt someone, there is a chance you may even hurt yourself. As with most sports you always need to have a good team captain, and good team work, along side with communication. If you don't have these 3 key points, your team most likely wont succeed.
Although soccer & volleyball have the comparisons, there are also a lot of things that they differ with, one of the differences are the fields at which these sports are played. Volleyball is played on a beach, or a area set a side where sand can be input, then you have soccer, which is played on a field that is covered with grass or grass like material, also the size of the fields also differ a lot too, soccer has a very wide, and long field while volley ball is very condensed. When you are playing soccer you have to wear protection, for example you have to wear a mouth guard that is formed to fit inside your mouth, and shin guards, when other players are trying to kick there is a chance you might get kicked in the shin causing you to have problems as you get older, although while you are playing volleyball there aren't any protection requirements, unless the players decide to wear glasses, which most of them do. One more difference is that soccer can be played at any time of the day, while volleyball is played mainly during the day.
Now that you have heard both my comparing and contrasting argument about soccer and volleyball, I hope you have gained a lot of knowledge about both of the sports. There are both pro's and con's about both of these sports. Even though many people debate which one they like better they still debate, it is just personal preference from there on.
