It would be B. The fact that the question mentions a number line doesn't matter. If you look at all the option B is the only one that is correct. In A, -8 is greater than 0 which it isn't. In C, it is saying the same thing. In D, it is saying 8 is less than 0, which is false. The only logical answer is B
