The Paris Peace Accords was a piece treaty signed on January of 1973 to establish peace in Vietnam and put an end to the war there. The parts of the accords were the governments of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (North Vietnam), Republic of Vietnam (South Vietnam), the Porvitional Revolutionay Government in representation of the inidigineous South Vietnamese and the U.S. Government.
In the Paris Peace Accords the United States aggreed to withdrawal the remaining of the US forces of Vietnam including air and naval forces in exchange for the prisoners of war held in Hanoi.
