thirteenth amendment
fourteenth amendment
fifteenth amendment
civil rights act of 1875

Respuesta :

Both the gains from the fourteenth and fifteenth amendments. More so the fifteenth, as it granted equal rights to all citizens. Most African Americans at the time couldn't read and were poor.
