You can find the area of the square, and both triangles. The square would be 9 × 9 = 81cm^2, and the two triangles would be 12 × 9 = 108. Normally you would divide that by 2, but there are two identical triangles so we can leave it how it is. 108 + 81 = 189cm^2, which is your answer. I hope this helps!
I'm a genius, if that's all right
we got 2 triangles and 1 rectangle (or square)
area rectangle=lenght times width
area triangle =1/2 times base time height
so
rectangle,
9=legnth=width
area=9 times 9=81 square cm
triangles
they have a base of 9
their height is 12
the 15 is a distraction
area=1/2 times 9 times 12=9 times 6=54
the other one is also 9 by 12, so area is 54
total triangles is 54+54=108
recatnalge+traingles=81+108=19=189 cm²
answer is 3rd otpion
