Think about a good supervisor you’ve had. How did the person act as a teacher, leader, counselor, or advocate?

Respuesta :

they teach you what to and what not to do in life and they improve your skills.

Answer:

The good supervisor I've had, was a leader, he emulated an advocate working behaviour. He used the example as a core value, because he wanted us to do an excellent job, and he did it that way too. He was the first arriving and the last one leaving.

It's important to say that a supervisor needs to have a whole skill set to motivate the people he commands, other way it's gonna be a dictatorial supervisor, which carries the worst result to the organisation.
