Since stone is a form of a compacted substance and is impossible to bend/shape and even when the renaissance took place many artists would mess up using stone because it would chip too much. Copper on the other hand, if enough pressure is applied, then you can bend it and shape it until it gets too worn out. Therefore the answer would be malleable. 

It is malleable. Unlike stone, metal can be bent and shaped.
