A charismatic leader is a type of leader who frequently uses their charm, persuasion, and communication abilities to persuade others. Organizations greatly benefit from charismatic leaders because of their ability to establish strong connections with others around them. In this instance, the person who inspired them and fostered a close relationship with them has passed away, which has led to a lack of compassion.
