How does a wilted plant regain turgor when adequately watered?

Your answer should include the following terms: water potential, pressure potential, and solute potential.

Respuesta :

Plant cells with enough water have "turgor pressure" inside. Their cells have enough liquid in the central vacuole to put pressure on the cell wall from inside the plant. The cell is kept fairly rigid in this way because they are full of water.
