That would be C. Soil erosion. Deforestation means the destruction of trees, and trees have roots, roots which hold the ground in place, so when the wind blows, or water rushes thru it, it doesn't wash away. When trees get cut down, the roots die, and nothing is there to hold the soil down, so It washes away. Hope this helps!
