The great compromise is a term that is used to describe the general negotiations that took place between the states in the United States to create a dual system of congressional representation.

Generally, the conclusion of the Great Compromise led to in House of Representatives each state would be assigned several seats in proportion to its population.

Therefore, it is safe to say, the Great compromise led to a structure that involves the bicameral legislative, executive, and judicial branches.

Also, it led to the adoption of a bicameral legislature , in this, the lower house is been elected by population and there is a representation of upper house by two state delegates apiece.
