Respuesta :

Redwater appears in a Blood Fall in Antarctica's McMurdo Dry Valleys due to a saltwater lake under the glacier. The salty water that comes out from under the glacier does not contain oxygen but contains microorganisms accompanied by iron elements.

The McMurdo Dry Valleys are snowy areas with dry air that blows in from the higher elevations in the surrounding areas. Because of its remote location accompanied by very extreme environmental conditions, the McMurdo Dry Valleys are classified as dangerous places.

When water comes out of the bottom layer of the glacier, due to its lower freezing point and meets environmental conditions full of oxygen, oxidation as a chemical reaction will occur, causing a red color to appear in the waterfall flow.
