The answer is TRUE. If we go through the long process of solving this item, we have to solve first for 
                                         Sec^-1(sqrt 3)
And that is equal to 54.735 degrees. Then, we use the angle for the next step. That is,
                                   sec(54.735 degrees) 
This will give us an answer of 1.732 which is approximately equal to sqrt 3.
