myself and my daughter is having issues with this problem. we keep coming up 11.96 and rounding it to 12 but it saying it is wrong

$\tan 23^{\circ}=\frac{13}{y}$$\begin{gathered} y=\frac{13}{\tan 23^{\circ}} \\ y=\frac{13}{0.42447481621} \\ y=30.6260807557 \\ y\approx30.6 \end{gathered}$

tan 23 = opposite/adjacent
