The time is,

So on morning the time used is 4 hours and 15 minutes.

Also in after noon,

$13:00-17:15=>4:15$

So in evening time used is 4 hours and 15 minutes.

The total time used is,

$4:15+4:15=8:30$

So the total time is 8 hours and 30 minutes.

So now to find the wages we multiply 8 with 11. so we get,

$8(11)+\frac{11}{2}=88+5.5=93.5$
