Simplify the expression. 19m – 4m2 + 4m2

I am not sure what does that question mean by simplify. If it means not to solve and just arrange;
You can divide the whole of the equation to m^2

Then you get;
19/m -4 +4

And you can divide the whole equation to 4 then you get;

19/4m -1 +1

You can also write as ;
(1/m * 19/4) - 1 + 1
