It preaches about living life in natural way, in synchronization with nature.It is very close to nature, it teaches to offer Gratitude towards Mother Nature, Plants, Animals, Earth, Sun, Moon, Air, Water bodies…everything..Everything is a gift given by nature (God) hence we first pay our reverence back to her and then begin our taskEg : Food prepared in offered to God before consuming it -> hence called Mahaprasad there is equality for genders in Hindusim, you can see both males, females having almost similar rights in rituals, poojas, temples, festivalsHinduism talks about energy - Ayurveda, Vaastu Shastra, Hindu rituals, festivals are all about energy..Nothing is mandatory in Hinduism, you can follow things if you want to, if you are convinced to (like we dont “have to” pray daily or “have to” visit temple every week..you can do it daily, regularly, once a year or never..- its upto you- so Hinduism has freedom of choice and expression
