in order to build a shee you need to build 6 inches of height for a base that is 26 inches long. What is the height of a shed thats is 156 inches long?Part A: What id the equation that represents this relationship y= blankPart B: A shed that is 156 inches long is blank inches high

Respuesta :

The sheds must be similar so we han have the relation:

[tex]\frac{y}{6}=\frac{156}{26}[/tex]

So we can solve for y to have an expression so:

[tex]y=\frac{6\cdot156}{26}[/tex]

and we can solve it so:

[tex]y=36[/tex]

So the shed that is 156 inches long has a high of 36 inches
