The slope of the line is 2 and the y intercept is (-3)

The general equation of the line is : y = m(x-a) + b, where m is the slope and (a,b) is the passing point.

The y-intercept of the line is point where x= 0, so the coordinates is (0, y)

In the given question Y -intercept is (-3) so, y intercept coordinate : (x,y) = (0, -3)

Substiutue the coordinate (0,-3) and slope m = 2 in the general equation of line :

y = m(x - a) + b

y = 2 (x - 0) + (-3)

y = 2x - 3

Equation of line is : y = 2x - 3

For the graph of the line y = 2x - 3

We need atleast three set of coordinate

for x = o

y = 2x - 3

y = 2(0) - 3

y = (-3)

Coordinate : ( 0, -3)

for x = 1

y = 2x - 3

y = 2(1) - 3

y = (-1)

Coordinate : ( 1, -1)

for x = (-1)

y = 2x - 3

y = 2(-1) - 3

y = -5

Coordinate : ( -1, -5)

Substitute these coordniate on the graph :
