To find the vertical asymptotes, we have to find the zeros of the denominator.
[tex]x^2-x-2=0[/tex]We have to find two numbers whose product is 2, and which difference is 1. Those numbers are 2 and 2.
[tex]x^2-x-2=(x-2)(x+1)[/tex]Then, the zeros are
