1) We can rewrite that equation from Point Slope to Standard Form just manipulating that given Point-Slope Equation:

2) So let's distribute the factor -6, and then add 6x to both sides and -2 to both sides as well

[tex]\begin{gathered} y-2=-6x+36 \\ y-2+6x=-6x+36+6x \\ 6x+y-2+2=36+2 \\ 6x+y=38 \end{gathered}[/tex]

3) So the answer is:

[tex]6x+y=38[/tex]

Note that this is the equivalent form of that original Point-Slope Form equation.
