Given the data:

[tex]55,53,67,52,50,49,51,52,52[/tex]

first, Make the data in order from the least to the greatest

[tex]49,50,51,52,52,52,53,55,67[/tex]

So, The minimum = 49

Maximum = 67

Median, divide the data into two equal groups:

( 49 , 50 , 51 , 52 ) , 52 , ( 52 , 53 , 55 , 67 )

So, Median = 52

First quartile = ( 50 + 51 )/2 = 50.5

Third quartile = ( 53 + 55 )/2 = 54
