substitute the values into the formula below

$y-y_1=\frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}(x-x_1)$$y-0=\frac{-2-0}{-3+2}(x+2)$

$y=\frac{-2}{-1}(x+2)$

$y=2(x+2)$

y= 2x + 4

Re-arrange

2x - y = -4
