They earn $12 for every T-shirt, so the amount of money raised is 12x, being x the number of T-shirts.

Then, 12x has to be at least equal to 720-60=660:

$12x\ge660$

Then, if we divide both sides by 12, we get the number of T-shirts they have to sell:

$\begin{gathered} 12x\ge660 \\ \frac{12}{12}x\ge\frac{660}{12} \\ x\ge55 \end{gathered}$

They have to sell at least 55 T-shirts.
