i. Fat, protein and carbohydrates are sources of energy, so it can be two of any of them. For now, let's say protein and carbohydrate. (But fat supply energy too, only in long term).
ii. Starch starts being transformed into sugar in the mouth, where the saliva has an enzyme called amylase that will break the starch into glucose molecules. This is the enzyme responsible for this process, it is present in saliva and it also can be produced by the pancreas.
iii. The fat is a long-term energy store, and itf can be found in different compartments of the body, but mainly under the skin and around the internal organs (abdominal and visceral compartments).
iv. Pasta is a healthy food because, as the label shows, it can provide you with lots of energy as it has high values of carbohydrates and proteins, but it has low levels of fats (which can be a good source of long-term stored energy but it can also accumulate in places such as arteries and veins, causing serious damage to your health).
