We have to find the value of the expression:

[tex](\frac{2}{3}-1)+\frac{2}{3}[/tex]

We will do the operations inside the parenthesis, and thus we get:

[tex]\begin{gathered} (\frac{2-3}{3})+\frac{2}{3} \\ =-\frac{1}{3}+\frac{2}{3} \\ =\frac{-1+2}{3} \\ =\frac{1}{3} \end{gathered}[/tex]

This means that the value of the expression is 1/3.
