we have the expression

[tex]-x+4y[/tex]

Evaluate for x=-4/5 and y=1/3

substitute the values of x and y in the given expression

[tex]\begin{gathered} -(-\frac{4}{5})+4(\frac{1}{3}) \\ \frac{4}{5}+\frac{4}{3} \\ \frac{3\cdot4+5\cdot4}{15} \\ \frac{32}{15} \end{gathered}[/tex]

the answer is 32/15
