5/12 of an hour = 5/12 x 60 =25 minutes

By way of ratio in 1 hour which is equal to 60 mins she will cover

$\begin{gathered} \frac{\frac{1}{6}}{x}=\frac{25}{60} \\ \\ 25x\text{ = }\frac{1}{6}\times60 \\ 25x=10 \\ x=\frac{10}{25} \\ x=\frac{2}{5} \end{gathered}$
