I would like some help for the mistake that Yul made and I would like to correct it as well

Given:
The length of a rectangular prism is 8 inches.
The breadth of a rectangular prism is 7 inches.
The height of a rectangular prism is 16 inches.
Yul fills the bird feeder to three-fourths of its capacity.
To find the amount of food that he filled:
Using the volume formula of cuboids,
[tex]\begin{gathered} V=l\times b\times h \\ =8\times7\times16 \\ =896in^3 \end{gathered}[/tex]So, the three fourth of the volume is,
[tex]\begin{gathered} \frac{3}{4}V=\frac{3}{4}(896) \\ =3\times224 \\ =672in^3 \end{gathered}[/tex]But, he said that he used 896 square inches.
So, it is wrong.
The correct one is, he used 672 cubic inches of food to fill the bird feeder.
