To find the graph of a line we need two points on the plane.
I f we have the equation of the line:
[tex]y=\frac{2}{9}x+3[/tex]we need to give values to x (whichever values we like), and then find the value of y; this will give us one point.
Let x=0, then:
[tex]y=\frac{2}{9}(0)+3=0+3=3[/tex]Then we have the point (0,3).
Now we need another point, let x=9. Then:
[tex]y=\frac{2}{9}(9)+3=2+3=5[/tex]Then we have the point (9,5).
