Let the number of posters be x,

then we have,

$\frac{1}{\frac{2}{3}}=\frac{x}{3\frac{1}{2}}$

On solving,

$\begin{gathered} 3\frac{1}{2}=\frac{2}{3}x \\ \frac{7}{2}=\frac{2}{3}x \\ x=\frac{7}{2}\times\frac{3}{2}=5.25\approx5 \end{gathered}$
