$y=mx+b$

where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept. From the grph we notice that b=1. We need to find the slope, for this we need two points, let's use the points (-1,0) and (0,1); then the slope is:

$\begin{gathered} m=\frac{1-0}{0-(-1)} \\ =\frac{1}{1} \\ =1 \end{gathered}$

Therefore, the equation od the line is:

$y=x+1$
