Domain is:

At x = -8.

[tex]\begin{gathered} y=\frac{1}{2}x+1 \\ \\ y=\frac{1}{2}(-8)+1 \\ \\ y=-4+1 \\ \\ y=-3 \end{gathered}[/tex]

Point A(-8,-3)

At x = -4

[tex]\begin{gathered} y=\frac{1}{2}x+1 \\ \\ y=\frac{1}{2}(-4)+1 \\ \\ y=-2+1 \\ \\ y=-1 \end{gathered}[/tex][tex]\text{ Point B \lparen-4,-1\rparen}[/tex]

At x = 0

[tex]\begin{gathered} y=\frac{1}{2}x+1 \\ \\ y=\frac{1}{2}(0)+1 \\ \\ y=0+1 \\ \\ y=1 \end{gathered}[/tex]

So the point,

[tex]C(0,1)[/tex]

At x = 2,

Point is:

At x = 6
