First, notice that each term has a common factor of [tex]3x^2[/tex].

[tex]15x^2y^2-3x^3y+75x^4=3x^2(5y^2-xy+25x^2)[/tex]

Now, the remaining quadratic factor can't be factored any further, so you're done.
