Given that what simplify to:

[tex]4\sqrt[]{13}[/tex]

Let X be a number equal to given number:

[tex]x=4\sqrt[]{13}[/tex]

Square both side:

[tex]\begin{gathered} x^2=(4\sqrt[]{13})^2 \\ x^2=16\times13 \\ x^2=208 \end{gathered}[/tex]

So the number is 208.
