A biosphere is a region of the surface and atmosphere of the earch where living organisms are occupied.

And a biota is the sum of flora and fauna found in the biosphere.

The relationship between biota and biosphere is that the biosphere provides living organisms, called biota, with a habitat. The biosphere includes all the places on the earth where life exist and it includes the hydrosphere, lithosphere and atmosphere. So biota is the biotic component of earth, and the biosphere includes both biotic and abiotic components. The organic and inorganic components are continuously used up and recycled by living organisms.

Biota includes all the living organisms ; plants , animals , fungi, bacteria etc inhabits in a particular area or region.

Biosphere is the region in which living organisms exist within the abiotic environment.
