A 25-kg child sits at the top of a meter slide. After sliding down, the child is traveling at 5 m/s. How much PE does he start with/ How much KE does he end with? How much energy is lost to friction?
( ITS SCIENCE I GOT CONFUSED, BUT IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO DO THIS PLZZZ HELP!)

ke=1/2m*v^2, so ke= 12.5* 25 so ke-= 312.5J

PE should be the same according the the law of conservation of energy. 

Idk about the friction
