you can solve this looking for a number than multiply 1 and the product is 8, so

[tex]1\times8=8[/tex]

so, the number is 8

yo have to multiply 4 for the same number to preserve equivalence

[tex]4\times8=32[/tex]

so, the equivalent ratio is

[tex]\frac{1}{4}=\frac{8}{32}[/tex]
