Is easy if we rotate the figure in a next way

we can calculate using the law of sines

First we found the missing angle

180-36-90=54

then we can use the law of sines

$\frac{x}{\sin(90)}=\frac{13}{\sin (54)}$

then we clear x

$x=\frac{13\cdot\sin (90)}{\sin (54)}=16.1$

x=16.1
