Here, a_1 is coefficient of x in equation 1, b_1 is coefficient of y in equation 1 and c_1 i constant term.

Determine the value of b.

$\begin{gathered} -\frac{15}{10}=-\frac{9}{b} \\ b=\frac{10\cdot9}{15} \\ =6 \end{gathered}$

So value of b is 6.
